Serve up Success for Second Career Teachers

We need more second career teachers. They bring high content knowledge and valuable real-world experiences to the classroom. That is my perspective as a second career teacher. Teacher Career Ladder

There is very little to no career ladder for teachers other than entry into administration. Pay increases in many, if not most districts, are still based on an antiquated model of pay increase by years of experience.
