Serve up Success for Second Career Teachers

We need more second career teachers. They bring high content knowledge and valuable real-world experiences to the classroom. That is my perspective as a second career teacher. Connecticut's Teacher-Leader in Residence Hybrid Role

I have had the unique opportunity of splitting my time between teaching at my school and serving as a Teacher-Leader in Residence at the Connecticut State Department of Education.
