Principals and Central Admin Teach Every Two Years

Principals, central office admin, consultants, and state ed departments would be required to teach just one prep or class for a 3-6 month period at least once every two years. The teacher in which they are 'subbing' for would then be released during that time to participate in some of the leadership responsibilities of the person assuming their role as teacher.
