NJ ASCD believes in order to provide a full service experience where children and families needs are met on a daily basis, the entire teacher must be fulfilled, too. I would like to increase teacher voice at the district office, not just telling them what the problems are, but actually being on committees that help offer solutions to the problems. What are some ways we can do this?
There are so many different ideas and opinions about how to improve schools, teaching, and learning.
