Hybrid roles to support teachers and administration

I have begun discussions with my central administration about creating hybrid positions within the district in order to help support a number of different initiatives that we have on-going. Revamp Team Roles at the Elementary Level I would like to propose a model of group commitment based on the idea of roles for each and every member of the team. This would produce a group of equal members who are all committed to making the team process fruitful.
