In light of the changing needs of learners... how should we re-envision the profession of teaching? Should we be deliverers of content? One of the ways to improve teacher leadership without taking teachers out of the classroom is buidling on Teacher-University Partnerships. By having preservice students come into the classroom and learn side by side from the experts, the teachers, they are able to see how things learned from books are done in the reality of the classroom.
